Amy Tabor started in human services in the role of a direct contact staff member working in a group home for persons with autism. Since then, she has served in a variety of roles in human service agencies.

As president of Organizational Dimensions, a human services consulting firm, Ms. Tabor develops resources for nonprofits around the country. She specializes in staff training, quality enhancement and organizational improvement. She has extensive experience with the prevention of abuse and neglect. Ms. Tabor lives with her family in Fairhope, Alabama.
